Professionally,
I’ve spent my life walking alongside people as they grow.
For over 20 years, I worked as a teacher, instructional coach, and district leader, supporting educators and leaders through change, challenge, and possibility. Along the way, I learned something that now guides all of my work: supporting others—whether children, colleagues, or leaders—requires empathy, clarity, and the belief that people already have what they need to grow.
That’s where my passion lives.
The moments that mattered most in my career were never about titles or initiatives. They were the moments when someone saw themselves differently: when a teacher gained confidence, when a leader found alignment, when a team realized what was possible.
Today, I coach people who find themselves in moments of change—new roles, shifting identities, or quiet questions about what’s next. My work is reflective, grounded, and deeply human, rooted in the belief that clarity comes from within and growth begins when we give ourselves permission to pause and listen.
You already have what you need. Sometimes, you just need someone to help you see it.
Personally,
I am a wife and the mother of two adult children. These roles have shaped me just as deeply as my professional work. Parenting two children with different needs and paths taught me how complex growth can be, and how much courage it takes to walk alongside someone when answers aren’t immediate.
Living through seasons of transition—personally and professionally—meant holding hope alongside uncertainty, learning to sit with worry, and showing up even when the path forward wasn’t clear. Those experiences deepened my empathy and reinforced a belief I now bring to my coaching work: change is rarely neat, but it can be transformative when you don’t have to navigate it alone.
